I'm not familiar with OpenGL so I can't say.  Check
http://www.freebsd.org/ports under graphics.

XiG (formerly Xinside) sells a Motif for FreeBSD.  I haven't heard many
complaints about it.

Not sure.  You would have to check with XFree86 (http://www.xfree86.org).
