It's card is based on FAS408A chip -- I own
KXL-D783 CD-ROM, and have even gently open it to prove it... :-)

the card is "KME " "KLC0003", if I'm not mistaken.

So, pccardd assigns io addresses, memory window and irq.
But all references to io address space returns 0-s, even not
FAS's chip signature.

I even disassembled ms-dos driver for this cdrom, i have detected some
interesting parts of the code there but I've got no documentation for the
i365 pccard controller. Even no  ideas where ti get it from. :-(
