Both, and more.  Take a look at these ports:

    mail/p5-Mail-SpamAssassin
    mail/spamass-milter

There are other possibilities in the ports for spam filtering, of
which I've tried a few.  SpamAssassin is certainly the best one out of
all I've tried.
