I have looked for info on getting
4.8 to run two NICs with IP's for
the same subnet. Ifconfig reports
both as being up and in fact they
function correctly with different
subnets assigned. I have attempted
with and without gateway enabled.
I have manually configed rc.conf and
used /stand/sysinstall with same result.

This has been tested on separate machines
with different NICs with the same outcome.

Is there a compile time switch or am I
missing something.

Sincerely

Bob D
