This is not sendmail stuff, but dns/MX stuff...

okay, What you need to do is to add an MX entry to your tables (write
back if you want an example) that points domain.org to
bbs.domain.org.  - No change should be nessacary for the www
server - if that has a dns entry, that will be used to deliver the
mail.
