/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/Imake.cf
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/Imake.rules
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/Imake.tmpl

It could be you don't have the necessary X11 dist installed. I'm not
sure offhand which X11R6 dist these come from.
