Are you including the alias as part of the directive, or as one of the
parameters of the directive? i.e. are you doing:
ifconfig_if0_alias0="inet <ip> netmask 0xffffffff"
or
ifconfig_if0="inet <ip> netmask 0xffffffff alias"?
If you're using the second method, try using the first. If you're already
using the first method though, I don't know what to tell you.
