www.sendmail.org has a lot of info on setting up virtualuser tables - have you
tried there yet?

Also, should the virtual user table look like:

webmaster@olddomain.com		localuserid
webmaster@newdomain.com		anotherlocaluserid

(i.e. get rid of the 'mailhost' portion)?
