    Well, technically you're not multiplying 16M*36 bits*60ns*4,
because that would give you 145 gigabit-nanoseconds, whatever that is.
"256 MB of main memory (4*16M*36-bit 60ns 72-pin ECC SIMM's)" would work.
                              (or whatever) -----^^^
