Oly, the fetch address is an integral part of the port, and required.
Could you please resubmit this with the MASTER_SITES correctly set?
(not the gnats report, the port tar file).  There have been instances of a
port not having a distribution site, and being so important that the only
place to get it is a freefall mirror, but that's the exception, a rare
exception.  Ports have to have addresses for their source code.  Take a
look at other ports, they usually serve as a good example for new ports.
