	Pico is part of Pine, which does not come with FreeBSD by default. If
you installed all the stuff you should have the ports collection. Do:
cd /usr/ports/mail/pine
make; make install; make clean

and watch the magic of FreeBSD work for you. :)

	You have some other gizmo (like a soundcard, ethernet card, etc.) on
that I/O address. Unfortunately I can't tell you what it is from here,
you'll have to do some digging.
