cvsup.freebsd.org is very busy recently; try some of the others like
cvsup2, cvsup3, etc. if you are having trouble.

some changes in job load and disk hardware are in the works (hopefully
during the holiday period) to mitigate the situation and restore
performance.  I am also thinking that we will give 3.0 a shot on the
machine.
