Looks like this was a problem in -current and -stable.  It's
reportedly been fixed in both branches, and the PR's closed.  The
whole process (discovery, fix, PR, checkin, closure) took all of nine
hours, with the cooperation of an end user (wash), a schmuck hacker
wannabe (me), and a developer with checkin privileges (ghelmer).  Beat
that, Microsoft.
