Dear maintainers of the XFree86 ports,

Would you please merge the XFree86-4 port and the XFree86-4-* ports
and make the former a meta port of the latter? Now that CURRENT
installs XFree86 4.x by default, I think it's about time to do that
before changing the default for STABLE as well.

I believe Fujishima-san (sf) knows what the differences are and what
the problems in merging are.

To begin with, how about applying to the postmaster for an email alias
'xfree86@FreeBSD.org' so you guys can start working as a team?

Regards,
