This has now been done.  I've submitted an update to the port that uses a=20
start script to check for the existence of the Resources directory in=20
~/.mulberry and symlinks to the files if it doesn't exist.  I also=20
submitted a second PR that adds url.helper and mailcap files to provide=20
some defaults for attachment and url handling.

Hopefully they will meet with the maintainer's approval and the port will=20
be accepted shortly.
