Happens when the reverse lookup fails for a machine with alias names.

May also happen if you don't have an MX record for the domain.

May also happen if you have an MX record, but the sendmail doesn't
have:

Cwlocalhost domain

DMdomain

(all outgoing mail will appear to come from "domain").
