I think this patch has gone into FreeBSD-6-current, but the PR has not been 
closed. You might want fetch the files in /sys/dev/sound/usb from 
FreeBSD-6-current, and then recompile the module/kernel and try again. Make 
sure you have got the right device lines in the kernel config, or that you 
have loaded the right modules.
