I was suprised that no one seems to have mentioned the futility in doing all of this. The original poster is trying to cut down on cross-talk (if I understood correctly), but he is instead putting two interfaces on this wire where he only really needs one. How is this "routing" (I think he is actually interested in switching) going to help with his problem? All of the network traffic, actually more, is still going to be there. -- Crist J.
