Just last night I got a SMC9332BDT working with -stable.  Basically
I detected that the chip was a 21140A and pointed it at a new
boardsw structure.  I haven't tested it a 100Mbs.  Works fine at
10Mps.

These diff fragments are from a 11/11/96 version of if_de.c.
