Don't know if this helps you, but I mentioned this yesterday. You can get the jaxp1.1 stuff from http://xml.apache.org/dist/crimson this is identical to the the Sun jaxp1.1 release except for xalan.jar which cannot be redistributed (as far as I can gather anyway...) but you can get a version of this from Xalan 2 - which was comitted recently anyway.
