Using 3.0-RELEASE, I am booting with -v and the output of dmesg
is getting chopped off at the beginning. So I looked through the
code and found that MSGBUF_SIZE controls this. I then went to
LINT and found the line:

  OPTIONS "MSGBUF_SIZE=40960"

So I added that to my config, did a config, make clean, make depend,
make, and make install, and re-booted. Seems to have no effect.

Is this the correct way to do this, or is config broken? Going and
whacking the value of MSGBUF_SIZE in /sys/sys/msgbuf.h didn't help
either. Am I all wet?
