AFAIK this is cardbus (?) and not supported.

This means it *cannot* get the info from the card.

(who just took delivery of a Dell Inspiron 3500 with identical ethernet card.
I purchased a cheap A$100 D-Link DE-660CT 10Mb card which works extremely
well on both twisted pair and coax ;-)
