Yes.  Not reliably, but yes, every so often my mouse goes nuts, just as
it has done since going to 4.0.  I'm currently at 4-stable as of about
ten days ago.  I do use moused; when this happens if I kill and restart
moused (thereby closing and reopening /dev/psm) it fixes it.

I haven't found any activity that correlates with the symptoms, either.
It just seems to happen randomly.
