As I have pointed out to Benno in a separate email (which I forgot to cc the
list), the definition of setjmp in NetBSD is slightly different from FreeBSD,
so a small correction needs to be made. The jmpbuf layout for NetBSD is also
unsuitable to FreeBSD (be more precise the space left for sigmask should now
be 16 bytes), that has to be adjusted as well (not that it matters, but it's
always a good idea to keep the version in libstand in sync with what will be
in libc).

One more comment regarding the iaddr_t typedef in zalloc_defs.h, the comment
is somewhat misleading, iaddr_t is no other than size_t. I wonder why it's
not simply typedef'd to size_t.
