Normally, I would agree, but given this file is so old (take a look at
http://www.FreeBSD.org/publish.html), I figured that if someone actually
cared enough about it, they either a) would have updated *anything* on
it by now, or b) waved their arms like mad when I suggested zapping it.

Yeah, good point.  I meant to remove cvs-all and Cc -doc, but obviously
forgot to do that :-)  I'll send another one over there.
