Just to note, KDE2 was totally broken when built with -pthread with
QT22-thread-GL.  However, I nuked the GL dependency a few nights ago,
and installed the threaded QT version.  I believe KDE2 should compile
without threads now, but I'm not sure.  Kevin will have to answer for
that one.  :-)
