The ukrainian ports category lacks a Makefile.inc with the proper language code (PKGNAMEPREFIX). This causes the ukrainian language pine port to have a package name that conflicts with the stock pine (see the 4.3-release ISO: there are 2 pine-looking ports, pine-4.33 and pine-4.33_1, the smaller one is the ukrainian version).
