Yup. I heard this one before. Using the first sentence of the pkg-descr as the
pkg-comment. And it is used in the Javadoc documentation system as well. And
that works quite well.

From now on, I'll make sure that the first sentence of my pkg-descr is equal
to the pkg-comment. If this is the approach we're really going to take, then
we could allow the use of a pkg-comment file, but if it doesn't exist then we
would use the first sentence from the pkg-descr file. This would not break any
existing ports (as the install process currently breaks if there is no
pkg-comment file), and it would allow for a smooth transition to a
pkg-comment-less ports collection ;)
