Subject: recent USB and AGP problems with Aug-21 stable on VAIO fx220

As of a week or two ago, stable worked on my VAIO fx200 except
that the USB mouse did not seem to be generating interrupts.
The mouse worked if there was network traffic as both uhci and
fxp were on irg 9.

After the first round of PCI changes the machine did not boot.

After todays changes the machine boots, but USB and AGP are
not detected. The USB mouse does work though, I assume through
psm somehow.

Have I misconfigured my BIOS? How? If this looks real I can send
dmesg's etc.
