Making a patch isn't a problem, but what to do with ports which suddenly don't have a master-site anymore (for example games/xnecko and x11-toolkit/linux-gtk)? I don't mind putting the small static things in sourceforge or something, but I'm not skilled enough to keep track of all the big ports.
