Is this really necessary?  It isn't documented anywhere and portlint
doesn't check for it.  Most ports do not have this, while just a few do.

Personally, I don't see any need for it.  A few people I have talked to
tend to agree with me, too.  So can we come up with a policy about this
and be consistent?
