Hi Vladislav,

What Ukrainean encoding do you need? If (as I guess :-) it's CP1251
Windows encoding - it's not supported directly :-( One way - to setenv
LC_CTYPE=bg_BG.CP1251 (Bulgarian) though there're some characters missing,
or I can send you some ru_RU.CP1251 locale tarball which for some reason
was not accepted but works all right (at least I use SterOffice as an
office suite with no hitch whatsoever here)
