Hi all.

I was wondering why we have an ICMP6_TIME_EXCEEDED, but not a
ICMP_TIME_EXCEEDED. On an IRC channel, I proposed that we
either:

	o define ICMP_TIME_EXCEEDED ICMP_TIMXCEED;

	o change the ipv6 code to make use of ICMP6_TIMXCEED
	  for historical reasons.

I dont know much about standards, so I have emailed here on
how and which approach should be taken.

Thanks in advance.
