It's called similarly to the OO equivalent. I found it
by searching for "spadmin" or just "admin" in the LO
subtree. With this program, you can add the printers.

If I may ask: Why do you prefer OO? I always thought
that today's narrative is "LO is the new OO", so why
use OO when LO is "better"?
