During the recent install of Netscape 4.61 it says,
"You can make netscape use 128 bit encryption by defining USE_128BIT."
Ok.. Where is this mysterious USE_128BIT and what should it be
defined as (i.e. True, False, Yes, No, Always, Never)...
I read a dejanews posting about make.conf but it
is not in make.conf on 3.2 Stable.
USE_128BIT is not reported as a flag when I do "netscape -help".
Should I define it in my .cshrc or .profile. If yes,
what is the value?

                      Thanks..
