I have no problem accepting the fact that you don't need this feature,
but, on the contrary, it seems that you have a problem accepting the
fact that someone could find it useful.

The feature doesn't change any defaults, don't have any side effects and
can merely be ignored if you don't want to use it.

Why are you so reluctant in accepting it?
