When Marvell Yukon card is active on the desktop system, mouse
periodically stops, sometimes for seconds. I think this also makes the
system impaired in some other ways.

The offending device:
mskc0: <Marvell Yukon 88E8056 Gigabit Ethernet> port 0xd800-0xd8ff mem
0xfbdfc000-0xfbdfffff irq 18 at device 0.0 on pci6
msk0: <Marvell Technology Group Ltd. Yukon EC Ultra Id 0xb4 Rev 0x03> on
mskc0

When I replaced it with Linksys sk0 the problem is completely gone:
skc0: <Linksys EG1032 Gigabit Ethernet> port 0xe800-0xe8ff mem
0xfbefc000-0xfbefffff irq 17 at device 1.0 on pci8

There were few other problem reports about Marvell Yukon cards in this
ML in 2015-2016.

Yuri
