Especially on -CURRENT, it's not going to be uncommon
to see things like this:

The package management tool is not yet installed on your system.
Do you want to fetch and install it now? [y/N]: y
Bootstrapping pkg please wait
_http._tcp.pkg.FreeBSD.org
pkg: Error fetching =
http://pkg.FreeBSD.org/freebsd:10:arm:32:el:oabi:softfp/latest/Latest/pkg.=
txz: Not Found

It would be nice if the next line said:
"A pre-built version of pkg could not be found for your system."
"Please install it from source using the ports-mgmt/pkg port."
