OSBS is used to select between different operating systems at boot time (or so I'm told -- I've always had to use fbsdboot.exe since some people here would pee on me if an extra phase was thrown into the Win95 boot process :(. It's supposed to be better than the BootEasy supplied with 2.1R. Do you have a Mach64 graphics card? That can cause your screen to go blank.
