The reason I haven't done it so far is because the mirrors differ
in some of the little-used collections that they carry.  They all
carry the main source tree, but some don't carry the mailing list
archives, for example.  Before I can institute round-robin DNS, I need
to either arrange for the relevant mirrors to carry exactly the same
collections, or I need to document exactly what they carry in common.
