% gports pkg-plist "^include\/base64\.h$"
/usr/ports/net/xmlrpc-epi/pkg-plist
/usr/ports/security/heimdal/pkg-plist
/usr/ports/security/krb4/pkg-plist

It looks like three ports need to be fix by add CONFLICTS. Make sure to  
add CONFLICTS when you create a port of it. ;-)

Yes, it can be reorder. One of us just need to find it somewhere.
