What does ``this'' mean in this context?

The necessary changes to bsd.port.mk is small, but there are 318 ports
whose Makfile contain the string ``imake.''
Each port needs to be examined to see if it just uses imake, or it
uses imake and xlib, or what.

I may be able to come up with necessary patch by the time of the ports
freeze, but I'm afraid that we won't be able to test them enough
before the 4.0R goes out.
