If you want to quick-fix the code in your hands, on approx line 3446 of sys/i386/i386/pmap.c (my line numbers won't match yours perfectly necessarily) there is an ifdef PMAP_DIAGNOSTIC, with the complaint that you are seeing. The variable "pmap" isn't initialized there, and the diagnostic itself has the error. Try removing that ifdef'ed section of code.
