I'm setting up accounts to run off an NFS account, so at this point it didn't make sense to have it put together user accounts. I selected NO, and I got some kind of "panic." It restarted and so I didn't get the exact error text, but it was something along the lines "nothing to init." Yeah, I know, it would be nice to have the exact error message, but I didn't want to have to go through another complete install just to get it.
