This is operating normally.  You can go into the WindowMaker config and
reset the origin point for new windows, I think it's on the second icon.

I suggest reading the Xinerama docs, since you appear to have stumbled on
this feature by accident. :)

The FreeBSD text console does not support multi-head operation, so no.
