Just run 'chsh'.  It'll bring up something like the following in an
editor screen:

  #Changing user database information for grog.
  Shell: /bin/csh
  Full Name: Greg Lehey
  Location: Echunga SA
  Office Phone: +61-8-8388-8286
  Home Phone: +61-8-8388-8250
  Other information:

The required changes should be obvious.  Remember that bash gets
installed in /usr/local/bin/bash.
