The DOCS option is used to control the installation of stuff in =
${DOCSDIR}, not manpages. There is NO_INSTALL_MANPAGES for that. No =
other port puts manpages behind %%PORTDOCS%%. I=E2=80=99d highly suggest =
reverting that change.
