>Description:

gift has been unmaintained upstream for years. All gift plugins have already been deprecated.

There is no use for the gift daemon and clients.

So I request deprecation of the following ports:
 - net-p2p/gift
 - net-p2p/giftcurs
 - net-p2p/giftoxic
 - net-p2p/giftui

I'm the maintainer of gift and giftcurs.

I've contacted the maintainer of the other two ports (joeldiaz@bellsouth.net) some time ago, but received no response.
