Huh?  I am NOT the person to ask about ATAPI, unfortunately.  I have 
never dealt with them under freebsd and never will if I have my way.

You need to find the details for the second IDE controller, on the sound 
card.  Probably IRQ 15 for starters, but that's all I know, honest!
