When the /usr/ports/devel/libtool port isn't installed and /usr/ports/textproc/jade
is configured, it complains about libtool not being up-to-date and recommends that
it be removed and installed again. Instead of this message, the jade port should
depend on libtool port.

- do not install libtool port
- try to install jade port
